Sr. Research Associate, Drug Metabolism

Schedule: Standard Office Hours
Duration: 6-Month Contract
Pay: $48-53/hr, depending on experience
The Senior Research Associate will provide critical bioanalytical support to drug metabolism and pharmacokinetics (DMPK) project representatives on biologics discovery teams.
Responsibilities:
- Apply expertise in ligand-binding assays (LBA) with a focus on protein analysis.
- Develop and implement LBA-based assays for protein evaluation.
- Troubleshoot LBA methodologies to optimize assay performance.
- Analyze, interpret, document, and summarize bioanalytical data for biologics research.
- Contribute to a collaborative team environment while providing essential laboratory support.
Knowledge & Skills:
- Proficiency in ligand-binding assay techniques such as ELISA, MSD, Gyros, or similar.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and summarize complex data sets.
- Familiarity with data analysis software, including GraphPad Prism, SoftMax Pro, and Phoenix WinNonlin.
- Skilled in the use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in biology, chemistry, pharmacology, or a related life science discipline.
- 2+ years of relevant experience in bioanalytical methods and techniques.
- Hands-on experience in immunoassay methodologies is highly desirable.
- Motivated and adaptable, with a strong ability to work independently and collaboratively.
